	Menus may vary slightly if ingredients are unavailable.
	If there are any dietary restrictions please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
	Classes run promptly from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
	A Credit Card number, post-dated cheque or full deposit is required to reserve a space in each class.
	No refund available for cancellation of the class, unless a replacement can be found.
	The above requirements also apply to Gift Certificate redemptions.
